Is the Woodman Nebula compatible with my specific car model?
Yes. The Woodman Nebula is designed to fit most of cars in India, including models from Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata, Honda, Ford, Nissan, Mahindra, and Toyota. It is installed using a car-specific fascia frame and wiring harness, ensuring a factory-fitted look that matches your dashboard perfectly.
Will installing the Woodman Nebula void my car’s warranty?
No. The installation typically uses a Coupler-to-Coupler (Socket-to-Socket) connection. This means no original factory wires are cut or spliced, preserving your car’s electrical warranty. However, checking with your car manufacturer’s specific terms is always recommended.
Does the Woodman Nebula support Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay?
Yes. It supports both Wireless Android Auto and Wireless Apple CarPlay via 5GHz Wi-Fi. This allows you to access Google Maps, Spotify, and calls without plugging in cables.
Does the Woodman Nebula improve sound quality over stock stereos?
Yes, significantly. The unit features a built-in DSP (Digital Signal Processor) with a multi-band Equalizer and Hi-Res Audio support. This allows for precise sound tuning and typically delivers higher wattage output than standard factory head units.
What is the screen resolution and display type of the Woodman Nebula?
The Woodman Nebula features a QLED display with 2K resolution. This ensures vibrant colors, deep blacks, and excellent visibility even in direct sunlight, protected by 2.5D Scratch-Resistant Glass.
Does the Woodman Nebula require a separate SIM card for internet?
It is optional. The device comes with a dedicated 4G SIM Card Slot for independent internet access. However, you can also connect it to the internet using your smartphone’s Wi-Fi Hotspot to run apps like YouTube, Maps, and Chrome.
Will my steering wheel buttons work with the Woodman Nebula?
Yes. It supports existing steering wheel controls. For cars with advanced digital systems, a CANBUS box may be provided (to be bought seperatelt) to ensure seamless integration of volume, track, and mode controls. Please contact sales support for more details.
Does the Woodman Nebula support AHD Reverse Cameras and 360-degree views?
Yes. It supports AHD (Analog High Definition) reverse cameras for crystal-clear parking views. Nebula is also “360 camera compatible,” meaning it can support a 360-degree Bird Eye View system if the 360 camera kit is installed.
Can I watch Netflix or YouTube on the Woodman Nebula?
Yes. Since the system runs on an open Android OS, you can download OTT apps like Netflix, YouTube, Hotstar, and Prime Video directly from the Google Play Store. Note: Video playback should only be used while the vehicle is parked for safety.
Do I need a professional to install the Woodman Nebula?
Yes, it is recommended. While the system is “Plug and Play,” professional installation ensures the fitment is flush and the GPS antenna, 4G antenna, and microphone are routed correctly for the best performance.
